And it rained 2 of the 3 days I was there. So much for "sunny California". HMPH. XD

We had fun tho. Despite the disgusting amount of rain, we enjoyed Eukanuba and Long Beach. I got to see the rained on gray and cloudy misted over ocean, ha ha, and the Queen Mary docked there. X3

As far as the show went, le sigh. Both the Irish Wolfhound and Ibizan Hound judges sucked. The Wolfhound one made no sense at all, cept all the dogs he put up were big ham-hocked beasts. He dumped the number one Wolfhound for one that was really pigeon toed, and a male with such weak hind quarters he could stand on his own tail. The the Beezer judge was tired and wanted to get it over with. We heard him tell the ring steward that, so he put on a little show but I was watching him and he really didn't seem to look at the dogs at all. His consistency was to put up all professional handlers. Oh well! I was still really proud of sis for owner handling her own doggie! Not many ppl had the guts to do that, specially on the specials breed level.

We had fun, but I'm glad to be home! I'm still really tired from all of it, since I hauled most of the gear, but my asthma wasn't bad! Major took a whole day and a half to perk back up, lol.

So. I don't work much until next week, so this week I'm going to try to get some art done. I was WAY too busy to draw in Cali. I drew a peppermint themed pic on the way there in my sketchbook, and depending on how I feel about it, I might finish it.

My 70k kiri was caught by =k9evilfox! Gratz to her and her prize will be done soon. I got a few prizes to knock out, then I wanna do some relaxation art! X3
